1. Organiser
The “The full tank is on us” campaign (the “Campaign”) is organised by CAR AND LEASE BROKER SRL (“BrokerAuto”, the “Organiser”), registered office Sos. Bucuresti-Targoviste nr. 4A, et. 3, Sector 1, Bucuresti, Romania, Trade Register no. J2016010786409, tax ID RO36418579, through the website https://www.brokerauto.ro (the “Site”).
These rules are available free of charge on this page for the whole duration of the Campaign. By joining the Campaign, participants confirm they have read and accept them.
2. Duration
The Campaign starts on the date these rules are published on the Site and ends on 31 December 2026, inclusive. Contracts signed during this period qualify.
3. Who can take part
- individuals aged at least 18 and legal entities (the “Participants”);
- who have a BrokerAuto account on the Site and joined the Campaign (the tick box in the BrokerAuto account or at sign-up) BEFORE signing the contract that qualifies for the benefit.
The Organiser's employees and their first-degree relatives cannot take part.
4. What you need to do
Participants receive the benefit if, during the Campaign, they sign one of the following contracts:
- Option A – they buy a car from BrokerAuto (sale contract), paid in full or financed;
- Option B – they buy a car from another seller and obtain the financing (leasing or loan) through BrokerAuto, with the file opened through BrokerAuto.
5. What you get
- Option A: BrokerAuto fills up the car on delivery – a completely full tank or, for electric cars, a fully charged battery. At the Participant's request, a voucher of the same value is given instead: tank capacity (litres) × 10 lei or battery capacity (kWh) × 2 lei, without the Option B cap.
- Option B (car bought from another seller): a fuel or EV-charging gift voucher worth: tank capacity (litres) × 10 lei for combustion-engine and hybrid cars; battery capacity (kWh) × 2 lei for electric cars. The voucher is worth at most 600 lei, even if the calculation gives a higher amount.
The tank and battery capacity is the one declared by the manufacturer for the exact version of the car (technical sheet or certificate of conformity). For electric cars the usable battery capacity is used; if the manufacturer only declares the gross capacity, that one is used. The value is rounded to the nearest leu.
The benefit is capped at the tank or battery capacity of the car bought or financed. Only one benefit is given per car, even if the same car is both bought and financed through BrokerAuto.
The benefit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. The voucher is used under its issuer's terms, which are provided together with the voucher.
6. When you get it
The benefit is given within 30 days of signing the sale contract (Option A) or the financing contract (Option B).
In Option A, the car is filled up on delivery. If delivery takes place more than 30 days after signing, the Participant may choose between the fill-up on delivery and the voucher given within the period above.
Participants can follow the status of their benefit in their BrokerAuto account, under “Full tank”.
7. When it is not given
- the BrokerAuto account or the Campaign sign-up was made after the contract was signed;
- the contract is cancelled, terminated or the Participant withdraws from it before the benefit is given;
- the financing is not approved or the financing contract is not signed;
- the data provided is false or incomplete, or there are signs of fraud.
8. Tax
If the benefit is taxable income for the Participant, the Organiser calculates, withholds and pays the tax due under the Romanian Fiscal Code. Any other tax obligations of the Participant remain their own.
9. Personal data
For the Campaign we process the data in your BrokerAuto account (name, e-mail, phone), the contract and car data, strictly to check eligibility, give the benefit and meet legal (including tax) obligations. The details, including your rights, are in the Privacy policy.
10. Changes to or end of the Campaign
The Organiser may change these rules by publishing the new version on this page. Changes do not affect Participants who have already signed a qualifying contract. The Campaign may end early in case of force majeure or by the Organiser's decision announced on the Site; qualifying contracts signed until then still receive the benefit.
11. Complaints and disputes
Send any complaint to office@brokerauto.ro or call 0743 300 500. We reply within 30 days at most. Disagreements that cannot be settled amicably are resolved by the competent Romanian courts, under Romanian law. For everything else, BrokerAuto's Terms and conditions apply. This English version is provided for information; in case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.
